You may cancel or modify your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty. * Late Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation charge. * No-show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the total booking amount as a no-show fee. * Late Arrival: If you arrive 16 minutes or more late a $25 fee will be added, the service may be shortened. *Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. If rescheduling is requested within 12 hours/days of the appointment, a 50% fee may apply.
